A wrapper that converts a SystemTime
to a
Duration
since
UNIX_EPOCH
.
If the serialized time occurs before the UNIX epoch, serialization will
panic during resolve
. The resulting archived time will be an
ArchivedDuration
relative to the UNIX
epoch.
